知错改错不算错,知错不改错中错

On September 1, I managed to called Jesly and told her that I wanted to enroll my children for your sushi-making workshop.
(I've been trying to get hold of her and had left many messages since Aug 27 but received NO reply)

When I was checking the availability of any existing group workshop for my children to join, Jesly suggested that I form my own group (30-35 children).

She explained that the company will not conduct this kind of workshop on weekends in the future but the company can conduct a weekend workshop for the last time for us.

So it was confirmed that the workshop could be held on 25 September at Sak*e Sushi, IOI Mall.

On 16 September, I called Jesly to make payment, but could not get her again, and there was no reply to my messages again.

I waited one day to call again but still could not get Jesly.

So I emailed Adeline (the person I spoke to when trying to get Jesly).

Instead, I received email from Jesly, who was apparently asked by Adeline to reply, which I read on 21 September.

In her email (below), she only mentioned the options for making payment.

I replied that I would make payment that afternoon.

Jesly reply on the same day (below) and was saying that before I make the payment, she would like to check the date of the workshop with me again because she HEARD FROM HER COLLEAGUE that we wish to have to workshop on 24 September. She wanted to double confirm.

The thing is, the date we agreed upon is 25 September and I've ONLY spoken to her, so i don't understand why 'her colleague' told her is was supposed to be held on 24th.

I called Jesly immediately and explained everything again.

She then told me, FOR THE FIRST TIME, that I had to make payment 2 weeks before the event. She further gave the excuse that the workshop could not be prepared for at such 'SHORT' notice.

I am very disappointed that I had spent so much time and effort to get participants and collected all the monies for this workshop, but 4 days before the appointed date, it had to be cancelled for no good reason.

I hope that in future your company can ensure that this kind of thing doesn't recur and things can be handled more professionally.

When I contacted you, I also told you I will try my best to schedule a chef for your event, and I am waiting for my chef’s reply.
I also remember I explained to you that we will not cater events that with amount of less than 30 pax during weekend due to our weekend crowd so we usually carry out kids event on week day.
I do hope you understand.

最少重复说了3次我们目前已经有40位小朋友 + 20成人!!!
(看来我要把马来语练好才可以了)

Pls be informed that your workshop is confirmed, and i'm going to propose an upgrade to your workshop, only for you =) i've tried calling you and guess you're busy now. Pls return my call ya"

我在发着火。你应该庆幸我没有接你的电话 :P
如果我死都“要”回那个workshop,我会要求的。很明显的,我没有。

收到 Jesly 发出的 SMS,越看越火大。


"Ms chai, I told u I will schedule another chef for u And will let u know by tomorrow morning. I understand u r an agent, u ardy promised ur customers and it will spoil ur reputation if I don't get u any chef to conduct the workshop, besides I am looking forwad to work with u. And while u were typing the complain, I hope u know I was there too calling, negotiating, looking and checking schedules of chefs for ur event. Suddenly, all I get is complain from u."

1. I told u I will schedule another chef for u And will let u know by tomorrow morning >> 第一次听/看到这一句话 (先看到SMS)
2. 一定要澄清,我不是 agent。(再乱讲话,小心我告你 :P)
3. 大家也不是我的 customers
4. 我没有写信去 complain, 我只是写信去表达我的不满而已 :P

Hi Mrs Wong.May I know the confirm status on 25th September? We will need to place ingredient order for your group and crockery too. Appreciate for your final confirmation by today 12pm, other wise, we will not have sufficient time to prepare for the group on saturday. Hope to hear fro you soon ya

不明白为什在21/9被通知说来不及准备的材料
到了23/9还说可以准备到
这种就叫 "mis-communication" 吧 (他们内部)

Please be informed that when I was informed in the last teleconversation with Jesly on 21st that there was no available chef and not enough time time to prepare for the workshop, I have informed all the participants that the event is cancelled and began the refund process.

    我看到好几次的 I told u 我也很火火火火火火火火火!
    为了可以让我们和孩子感受制作寿司这个传统文化的美食,我们兴致勃勃,满心期待,却换来对方不屑的对待!
